How to register?

All attendants need to be registered on the website of the workshop in order to validate their participation, to submit an abstract (facultative) and to have access to a secured payment link.

The procedure is composed of two steps.

 Step 1: Registration to the workshop (this website)

 Go to the « Registration » page and click on « I do not have an account ». Then you will have to fill a form with all your information, to choose a login and a password. You can add at this step the title of you communication (if you wish to present) or add it later.

You will receive an email to validate your registration.

Step 2. Pre-registration on the payment website

As soon as you have created an account on this website, you can go on through the registration process. You connect to the registration module of our website and you choose your prefered payment mode (payment online or by purchase order-CNRS).

You will be directly re-directed on the payment website. On the first page (unfortunately in French, please make sure that you have chosen the PC2IW congress and click on "se pré-inscrire". Then you can select the language and continue the pre-registration process.

Step 3. Completion of your registration by paying fees

You have to fill a second form with the same information (unfortunately). We will validate your registration on the payment website. Then you will be able to access to the final step of payment.

When using the link to validate your registration, you will have to choose between three modes of payment:

• Online payment using credit card (secured transfer)

• Payment by order form (especially useful for CNRS employes)

• At the registration desk (using credit card procedure online).

 Then you follow all indications. We will finally validate your registration when receiving your fees.
